The aim of this line of research is to examine the access to and the real social use of family policies, as well as to understand the quality of the relationship between family members and the dynamics of family life.
A qualitative study is under way analysing the reason why Spanish parents do not take full advantage of their right to leave as well as other measures set out in the law.
A second study focuses on the use and impact of family policies in families going through vulnerable situations.
